Rooms available to hire

The principal places to hire are the Main Hall with stage and kitchen access,  a large Meeting Room, and the Social Club (outside the cricket season)

Meeting Room

The room is suitable for private meetings of up to ten people seated. Kitchen use is excluded from the meeting room.

Full Kitchen

Kitchen has all the facilities you need, from two inductions hobs and two fitted ovens in the central island as well as a full size range cooker. The upgrades were made possible by a grant from the Community Green Energy Group. Children are not permitted in the kitchen

Social Club

Large social club, with available seating for 150 guests. The licensed bar must be discussed with the Llanarth Cricket Club. Please use the Contact form to send us a message to discuss.

Large Outside Area

Car parking spaces available for about 200 cars. For extra large events there is a field adjacent that can be used if available.

Main Hall

Hall suitable for 150 seats auditorium style, or 120 banquet style. Full cinema facilities with sound system, and the ability to live stream from laptop or cast from your smart phone.

Flexible Access

We can accommodate most booking requests, providing the room is available. Check the calendar and make your reservation

Conferences Catered for

The Main Hall is ideal for conferences, both auditorium and round table style. As an auditorium, 150 people can be seated.

Children's play area

At the far end of the site is a children's play area, recently brought up to the latest ROSPA standards.

Superfast Internet​

The internet in the hall has a minimum download speed of 100Mb/s, and 30Mb/s upload speed. The broadband is supplied to the hall by Broadway Partners Ltd

EV Charging

An Electric Vehicle charging point is available within your booking. Please let us know when you book that you will require this service.

You will be send a keycode for the smart lock for the main hall and social club entrances by email or by text.  For regular bookings we will set a fingerprint and/or a PIN code active for the full range of your confirmed bookings 

Sound System: There are two active speakers that should be located either side of the stage. Using the mains leads ensure they are plugged into available mains outlets. There is an on-off toggle switch at the rear of each speaker.  When switched on a blue indicator light will show.

You find a long blue audio cable with a 3.5 mm male jack. plug his into your laptop. If you are using a DVD player with AV connectors you will need to request an AV connector.

Projector Equipment:- There is an HDMI cable to the left of the stage which you will need to plug into your device.

To turn on the projector there is a remote control on top of the cupboard to the rear left of the stage. Press the top left large button once by aiming the remote at the projector through the square viewing windows.   The controls for the projector screen are located above the same cupboard and have up-down buttons on the right hand side of the control unit. The screen has automatic stops when lowering or raising.

Shutting Down:- Turn off the projector by pressing the middle top red button TWICE while aiming the remote at the projector. Use the controls to raise the projector screen.  Turn off the two speakers by both the toggle switches and the mains switch.

22 rectangular tables, 1400 x 600 and 150 foldable chairs all stored currently in the area to the left of the main hall.  

The heating is remotely controlled to coincide with your booking.  The thermostats are therefore locked from changing. If you have requested heating there will be an additional charge for the amount of time you want it on for.  We hope to reduce this to zero as we make energy reductions at the property.

Turn the heating on under the sink, and dont forget to turn off the fridge when your done
